Established in 2002 by Tom McIntosh, ArcCom provides permitting facilitation to meet Federal, State, and Local archaeological and architectural history compliance requirements throughout northern New Mexico. For the past decade, Mr. McIntosh has led archaeological projects regulated by FERC, FCC, USACE, HUD, VA, OSM, BLM, Forest Service, USDOT, CEQA, Local Governments, and SHPOs in the Southwest, Midwest, Southeast, and Texas, with focus on the historic districts of northern New Mexico and the prehistoric provinces of the northern Rio Grande.

Mr. McIntosh is permitted to work in all historic districts of Santa Fe, New Mexico as an Historic Archaeologist, and is permitted to conduct archaeological survey and burial excavation in New Mexico, as well as Section 106 archaeological survey throughout the United States. He has worked as Safety Coordinator on the north Texas portion of the Keystone XL Pipeline corridor, and is First Aid and OSHA trained.

ArcCom hires independent contractors, local archaeology students and interns as crew members for projects in northern New Mexico when appropriate, and partners with a wide variety of professionals including compliance specialists, historians, anthropological scientists, and architectural historians.

The archaeological compliance process on your project will be executed and documented with the highest level of professional integrity and will be tailored to fit the pace and demands of your plan. There is no fee for a detailed "time and cost evaluation" of your compliance requirements. Discounted fees may be applied to multi-site projects and annual contracts. Excellent references available.
